- We are not tied to any specific lenders and work independently to provide solutions that meet your needs.
It is your responsibility to seek independent professional advice where necessary.
How We Get Paid
As the lender, Jemrex Capital Ltd charges fees directly for providing finance. These fees are outlined transparently in your finance agreement and will be discussed with you before proceeding. We do not receive commissions or payments from third parties for introducing clients.
Our commitment is to provide clear, fair, and competitive terms, ensuring you understand all associated costs upfront.
Documentation
The terms of your finance agreement will be provided directly by the lender or us. Please review all documentation carefully and notify the lender or us of any discrepancies.
If applicable, you will be informed of your right to cancel the agreement.
Data Protection
Jemrex Capital Ltd handles your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
- We retain customer information for a minimum of three years and may destroy it thereafter at our discretion.
- Applying for finance through us involves sharing necessary information with third parties, including lenders and fraud prevention agencies.
- If false information is supplied and fraud is identified, details will be shared with fraud prevention agencies.

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 8 weeks. If you are dissatisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS):
